AutoGunTracker is an online application that meets of the criteria specified by
the BATF in 27 CFR Part 478 Subpart H ยงยง 478.121, 478.122, 478.123, and
478.125(e) published in August 2009. AGT also meets the requirements for
electronic 4473, 3310.4, and 3310.11. BATF forms 4 and 5 are also produced
for Class II arms.
Under this ruling, it is no longer necessary for a dealer to obtain a waiver
from the BATF for using an electronic bound book or E4473.
